Sea To Sky World

솔뱅 골목에서 선물센터에 잠시 들렀다. 온 세상에서 만들어진 귀엽고 아름다운 장식 소품들이 콘서트를 개최하고 있었다. 하나 하나 깊이 몰두하면서 바라보면 절로 감탄이 쏟아져 나온다. 인간의 손이 이토록 섬세하고 위대하단 말인가.

​잔 하나에, 악세서리 하나에 온갖 형형색색으로 빛나는 작은 보석들! 인간의 욕망과 악한 모습 뒷면에는 이토록 곱고 부드러운 솜씨가 있다니... 나는 이 작은 Gift Shop에서 수없는 사람들의 재능이 어울려 모양과 물감을 풀어놓는 심포니를 듣는다.

공장이 다르고 원료가 다르고 방향이 다르지만 이 먼 거리를 달려와 이곳 여행객과 방문자들의 품에 안기는 작품들. 인간의 가슴 심원에서 솟구친 아름다움에의 추구. 우리 안에 이토록 놀랍고 눈부신 본능이 있었다니. 인간 자체가 걸작이다.

I stopped at a gift shop in a corner of Solvang village for a while. Cute and beautiful decorative items made by people all over the world were holding concerts in this small hall. When I look at each one of them deeply, the admiration pours out.

 

The human hands are so delicate and great. Every cup, every accessory, all kinds of colorful shining little gems! Humans have desire and evil appearance, but there is such a soft and soft workmanship on the back ... I hear symphony in this little Gift Shop that many talents are harmonizing and releasing shapes and colors.

These come from different places, different raw materials and different directions. The works that run through this long distance and are in the arms of the residents and visitors here! A passion for beauty that rises from deep in the human heart! There was such an artistic and brilliant instinct in humans. Man itself is a masterpiece.
