낙엽이 떨어지는 것은 다소 슬픈 이야기지만 그래도 가을은 온갖 색이 어울리는 황홀한 계절이다. 여기 화이트락 크레센비치의 노을빛은 어느 화가의 그림보다 아름답다. 써리에서 남동쪽으로 끝까지 내려오면 저녁마다 신비로운 노을빛으로 고요히 잠드는 크레센 비치 바다를 만날 수 있다.

If you come all the way to the southeast from Surrey, you can reach the Crescent Beach Ocean, which sleeps calmly in the mysterious glow of the evening.

어느날 위슬러 겨울산장에서 하루 묵었다. 다음날 새벽에 겨울 뜨락을 보려고 창문을 여니 밤새 백포를 입고 내려온 손님이 하얀 백설을 온 땅에 뿌려 놓고 갔나보다. 가지위에 앉은 백청의 함박눈은 차가운 이 계절에도 따뜻한 표정을 짓고 있다. 겨울 나무가 이토록 부드럽게 느껴질 수가 있을까.
One day I stayed at the Whistler Winter Lodge. The next day, I went near the window to watch the winter yard at dawn, and the guest who came down in white clothes all night sprinkled the white snow on the whole earth. The blue, white, snow on the branches expresses a warm feeling in this cold season. How can the winter trees feel so soft.
